Der antike Holzherd in meiner Küche durfte mal wieder seinen Zweck erfüllen:
Dazu passt: Ein Glas Rotwein und etwas gesalzene Butter...

Gemein, jetzt hab ich auch Hunger auf Marroni! Gesalzene Butter ist für mich typisch Irland bzw. typisch Bretagne, hier in der Schweiz habe ich das noch nie gesehen. Aber Butter und Salz kann man ja auch einzeln applizieren.
